You must:

- GURI is not the admissions decision-maker.
- Submission does not guarantee admission.
- Submission does not guarantee a scholarship.
- Submission does not guarantee a student visa.
- Submission does not guarantee enrollment.
- Universities may request additional information.
- Deadlines and requirements are established by each university.
- The student is responsible for confirming institutional requirements.
By submitting an application you certify that:
- The information provided is truthful
- The documents are authentic
- The documents have not been altered fraudulently
- Material changes will be disclosed
- You have authority to submit the documents
GURI may suspend or reject submissions where fraud is suspected, pending review. Suspension pending review is not a finding of wrongdoing.
Each participating university is responsible for:
- Admissions criteria
- Application evaluation
- Admission decisions
- Program availability
- Tuition and fees
- Scholarships
- Academic requirements
- Accreditation information
- Visa-support documentation
- Enrollment
- Its own privacy compliance after receiving an application
GURI rankings and analytics are informational and comparative tools. They are not:
- Accreditation
- Government recognition
- Admission advice
- A guarantee of academic quality
- A guarantee of employment outcomes
- A substitute for independent research
The following are protected:
- GURI name and trademarks
- Ranking methodology
- Inter-Ranking Consistency Index (IRCI) methodology
- Ranking datasets
- University comparison tools
- Visualizations
- Reports
- Software
- Database structure
- Written content
- Branding
The following are prohibited without authorization:
- Scraping
- Bulk extraction
- Republishing
- Reselling
- Reverse engineering
- Automated access
- Removal of attribution
Students retain ownership of their uploaded materials.
You grant GURI a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process, format and securely transmit your materials only as necessary to provide the requested service, comply with law, protect the platform or resolve disputes. GURI claims no commercial license over student application documents.

Where application or subscription fees apply, we disclose before payment the amount, currency, taxes, refund policy, payment processor, whether the fee is charged by GURI or the university, and whether the fee is refundable.
Payment never guarantees admission.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for:
- Material terms violations
- Fraud concerns
- Security threats
- Legal obligations
- Abuse of the platform
We provide notice where reasonable and legally permitted.
The portal is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. GURI is not responsible for decisions made independently by universities, immigration authorities, scholarship bodies or third-party service providers.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
